Located 5 minutes from Downtown Melbourne. Studio features 3D abstract wall and an Editing station. This s a top-of-the-line recording space designed for producing high-quality video and audio content. The studio is soundproofed to ensure minimal outside noise interference. Best for Podcasts, Film/Video Shoot, Photo Shoots, Commercials, Interviews, Product Shoots, Content Creation, Social Media, YouTube Filming, Tik Tok Videos, Blogging and Movies Please be prepared to bring your own lighting, backdrops and props. For $45 an hour, we are providing a bright an inexpensive space to create your vision. *ADD ON - We provide services to use our gear to film and record audio [See details below]. PODCAST SESSIONS: Studio features fully equipped with quality audio and video. You are able to select the area of the room as you background or bring your own backdrops. -Each session includes our Studio technician -We can have Live shows and assist with coaching Cost $95.00 (for 2 hr sessions) Editing $35.00 Add Ons: -Audio and video editing -Video files will be delivered via dropbox -Turn around time is 2-3 business days The building is private, safe, and has good parking. There is a private bathroom. For any damages there will be a charge. Other than that, as the reviews show, it is a perfect space for creators. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
