Our room also boasts a large flat-screen projector, whiteboard walls, and ergonomic chairs for your comfort. At Perimeter83, we are dedicated to providing a seamless experience and helping your business achieve its goals, no matter the size or industry. Outside catering is allowed-caterer needs to provide plates and silverware Bottled water may be brought in and we provide cooler and ice. SET UP/CLEAN UP TIME MUCT BE INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION OVERTIME: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

Our cleaning services include dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces, wiping down chairs and tables, and cleaning the windows and doors.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
