About the Space
Introducing the ideal event space for educational seminars, large meetings, and training sessions. Our spacious and versatile venue provides ample room for attendees to comfortably learn and engage with one another. With state-of-the-art AV equipment, including a projector and sound system, presentations can be delivered with ease and clarity. Whether you're planning a lecture, workshop, or corporate training event, our event space can accommodate your needs. We offer a variety of seating arrangements to fit your event style, from classroom-style seating to conference tables and more. Our professional staff is available to provide any assistance you may need throughout your event. All events must end by 9pm. Can seat more people if tables are not required. 2 hr minimum ALL SET UP/CLEAN UP TIME MUST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION Outside catering is allowed- caterer must bring plates and silverware Alcohol will need to be approved by host and only through a licensed vendor. Bottled water may be brought in and we will provide a cooler and ice. OVERTIME: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Additional fees for set up and IT support may be incurred based on event specifics.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

We hosted our event at this space, located at the University of Advancing Technology, which wasn’t clearly indicated when signing up but didn’t end up being an issue. It’s on the second floor, a short walk from the entrance, but student ambassadors were available to guide us. The space itself is great—lots of natural light, a separate conference room, a large open workshop area, two private offices, and an outdoor patio with tables. The campus is nice, and the single bathroom in the space was clean and ready to go. Since we hosted on a Saturday, it was quiet, which worked well for our event. I imagine weekdays could be busier with students around, but overall, the space was well-maintained, and communication with the hosts was smooth. Would book again!

This was such a great space to use for a small wedding reception! The host is very kind and helped with set up, dining the room and offered up use of ice buckets for drinks! We had a great time and I am very thankful for the use of the space!

The space was great and exactly as described. Erin put out signs with our logo that made it easy to find the room. The ambiance is 10/10, I would definitely recommend this space!

This space was perfect for my needs! Very open and brightly lit. Erin was very helpful every step of the way! She put up signs to direct my guests to my event and even received and helped set up my catering when it arrived. Would definitely book again!
