Our on-site support team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, so you can focus on growing your business. Outside catering is allowed. A clean up fee may be imposed depending on size of group. Caterer must bring plates and silverware. Bottled water may be brought in and we will provide the ice and a cooler. SET UP/CLEAN UP TIME MUCT BE INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION OVERTIME: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

We use only the highest quality cleaning products and equipment to ensure that your office is not only clean, but also safe for you and your guests. Our cleaning services include dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces, wiping down chairs and tables, and cleaning the windows and doors.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
