About the Space
Our space has been a continually operating film stage for over 85 years. With full sound insulation, 2 cycs, moving walls to divide the space and available lighting equipment, there is no limit to what can be created here. Both stages are clear 18ft to the catwalks and can be booked separately or together. A large rolling green screen and rolling white flat are available. Stage A is approximately 3500 sf with a 100ft cyc, 16x32 ft light box, drive in bay, dressing rooms, conference room and private office. (5000 sf total) Stage B is approximately 2800 sf with a 40ft cyc (with 13 ft return), upper client room with dressing rooms, inner lobby and co-working office. (5000 sf total) Notable talent that has shot here in the past includes Aretha Franklin, Bob Seger, Grand Funk Railroad, Paul Shafer & Gloria Estefan.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All bathrooms and dressing rooms are cleaned and disinfected between bookings, floors are vacuumed and swept, high touch hard surfaces are wiped down and disinfected.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
