Secluded Hollywood Hills Estate Gardens perfect for simple and luxurious events

This secluded property is located on in the Cahuenga Pass area of the Hollywood Hills. It is a perfect location for your next corporate retreat / children's birthday / gallery / charity event / screening / fashion show / product showcase / orientation / seminar / workshop / speaker / team building / family gathering / bridal shower / baby shower / small wedding / henna event and much more. PRICING - The final cost of the rental will depend upon if the total number of guests, the total number of hours and all add ons. When you submit your inquiry or booking, by entering the date desired, estimated number of attendees, the hours for the event (must include set up and take down) and selecting add ons, you will be able to view the total cost of booking. INCLUDED IN THE BASIC RENTAL: Backyard – This lushly landscaped resort style space has many areas so that guests can either socialize together on a patio area, hang out in the Kasbah or retreat into one of the many hidden garden nooks. The entire area has combination of various tables, benches, lounges and chairs which can easily seat up to 45 people . These seating areas SHOULD NOT be confused with the formal and Moroccan seating shown on a number of the photos in the gallery which are additional rental items. *Kasbah (Moroccan Garden House) – The gem of the backyard, this beautiful one of a kind, high-domed structure is reminiscent of old Morocco, with arched doors, brilliant traditional colors of golden yellow, wine red and cobalt blue on the interior walls. The high ceiling is accented by a glorious Turkish chandelier and colorful beams that are a stunning sight when looking up. The couch and chairs have equally colorful pads and pillows completing the look. Dimensions are 21’ wide and 16’ long. *Moorish Pool – 26’ long x 6’ wide and 4 – 5’ deep. The pool is a landscape accent, however, it is a filtered salt water wading pool and guests can use it to take a dip. Towels are not provided. Please see add ons if you want pool heated. *Moroccan Star Fountain – In the center of the patio and lined up with the pool and Kasbah is a beautiful 14’ foot octagonal water fountain capped with flagstone and containing a 12’ colorful handcrafted star with blue, red, white and yellow tiles. With the sound of the spilling water and the seating area on the flagstone bench, this fountain is a perfect centerpiece for guests to hang out and take in the ambiance. *Firepit - The fire pit area has a cool vibe with the surrounding ferns, lush foliage and trees overhead which keeps it shaded and cool during the Summer. Hand crafted rustic wooden swing bench, antique Buddha head and unique wood spool chairs along with Moroccan style accent lights hanging from the trees give this space a welcoming Zen vibe all the time. The blue glass firepit can be lit at an additional charge (see add-ons). *BBQ/Bar area – Perfect for servicing guests drinks or finger foods, this 11’ x 10.5’ covered Bar/BBQ area includes a custom built in concrete colorful wrap around bar counter with pieces of red/green/blue glass, 4 bar stools, hot and cold-water sink, multiple outlets, an igloo cooler. BBQ (pictured) with propane is an add on. *Lawn – A 1,750 square foot high-quality, realistic but synthetic lawn perfect for meditation, yoga, event seating and setting up numerous dining tables. The base is firm and is ideal for setting up for larger events. *Other garden areas – Charming and secluded areas off of the main lawn area are three other garden areas. Within a few steps of the Kasbah is the diamond garden flanked by 4 upright silver-blue Junipers and with a gazing ball atop of a lionhead pedestal. Off of the lower patio and near the rose garden is the handcrafted green concrete bench with inlaid Moroccan mosaics with a flagstone floor and blue glass star; overhead is a beautiful weeping pepper tree and, in the center, a classic glass table. The Buddha head fountain garden, the first area that the guests pass next to when entering the space, is charming with the sound of splashing water and the regular bird visitors during the day; with the flowers throughout the year and landscape lighting at night, it is pleasing to the eye. *Upper patio – Underneath the shade of an upper deck the flagstone covered upper patio. With a lionhead fountain, planters, lounge chairs and a table, this area is ideal to step away from the crowd and chill out. *Lower patio – Bordered by the rose garden, the Buddha fountain garden and pool area, the lower patio is the place where guests can chat and drink underneath the sun or stars while taking in the running water sounds of the star fountain. A great place to meet and greet to get the event started, this flagstone and concrete patio is great for setting up exhibits, pop ups catering and more. Approximately 1000 square feet. *Bathroom – A half bathroom (pictured) with a toilet and sink conveniently located off of the lower patio. Toilet paper and paper towels are supplied. *Sound system – Throughout the space, 12 speakers are strategically located for good sound throughout the entire yard. The system can be accesses with a direct connection to an I-phone or an I-pad and with the correct application you are able to use your playlist during the event hours noted in the rules. Out of respect for our neighbors, the system is dialed in/fixed at a reasonable level. *Landscape lighting – Throughout the entire space, there are pathway lights, accent lights, overhead space lights and lighting in and around the Kasbah and patio areas. Please note that that some of the featured photos of the past events had colored production or event lighting which was supplied by the guest. *Front yard – Parking inside the motor court for approximately 14 vehicles. Approximately 25 more vehicles can park along street near driveway (40 vehicles can easily park in driveway, motor court and along driveway). Additional vehicles can park without restrictions along street below property. WHATS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BASIC PRICE (Please see Add Ons): *Caterer and bartender coordination fee - To cover additional vendors and staff that guest is hiring for the event - $200 * Apartment – Has a kitchen area, dining/preparation table (for 6 persons), soft seating sitting area (for up to 8 persons) with a television and streaming channels. Also in the apartment is a full-sized bathroom - $245 *BBQ rental - This would be for rental of the BBQ in the covered bar area with a full tank of propane - $65 *Outdoor heaters - Available for outdoor events during those rare chilly California days or evenings - $65 each includes a canister of propane. Additional canisters are $35 each. * Additional traditional Moroccan seating (pictured in gallery) - one low table with decorations and 6 leather poufs for $300 per table, 4 tables total. PARKING - At least 12 vehicles can fit inside the front gates on the motor court and driveway. There is unrestricted parking on Wonder View Drive at the end of the driveway.
