Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

1) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$400 fine if detected. 2)We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident. 3)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $500 fine per person, per night if detected. 4)Please remove shoes 5)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately 6)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. 7)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion. 8)Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner. 9)Please let us know if something needs our attention at check-in, or any time during your stay. If we don't know about it, we can't fix it! =)
