About the Space
One-of-a-kind Vintage Apothecary in Marathon, NY, right off I-81. Furnished with expensive vintage furniture, leather chairs, and a velvet couch and surrounded by perfumes, custom fragrances, our Perfumerie is a unique place for informal meetings and gatherings for up to 30 people. Perfect for filming or photo shoots. We have dimmable LED track lighting throughout the store with 3000K. All furniture can be moved around. We can source additional furniture on demand. You can see and hear Amish carriages passing in front of the store from time to time. We have one bathroom downstairs. The way to the bathrooms is through a large hall with a low ceiling and freshly painted cinderblock walls, making a clean industrial look.

As the owner of the store, I am very particular about the cleanliness of the establishment and especially the floor. All surfaces are cleaned by me or my family member at least once a week.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
