Welcome to our beautiful 2000 square feet photo studio, available for rent for your photography and videography needs. Our studio is located in a convenient location with plenty of parking available. Here are some of the features and amenities that you can expect when renting our studio: - Layout: Our studio is designed with a large, open layout that offers plenty of room for your creative vision. The high ceilings and large windows provide beautiful natural light, and we also have a variety of lighting options available, including overhead lights, strip lights, softboxes, and diffusers. - Backdrops: We have a range of backdrops available, including seamless paper rolls, fabric backdrops, and muslin backgrounds. We also have a backdrop support system that makes it easy to switch between backdrops during your shoot. - Flooring: Our studio has a dedicated hardwood floor that is perfect for dance and fitness photography, and we also have a seamless white floor that is ideal for product photography. - Equipment: We have a range of photographic equipment available for rent, including cameras, lenses, tripods, light meters, and studio strobes or continuous lighting. We also have specialty equipment available, such as green screens, reflectors, and various props. - Amenities: Our studio has a sound system, a projector for reviewing images, and a kitchen area for your convenience. We also have a comfortable lounge area where you can relax and take a break during your shoot. Our studio is perfect for a wide range of photography and videography needs, including portraits, headshots, product photography, fashion shoots, and more. We offer flexible rental packages that can accommodate your specific needs, whether you need the studio for a few hours or a full day. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Overall experience was good. Easy entry, straightforward experience. Was not expecting upcharges to use the throne chairs, so we did not use them. We were planning to use the swing but it was not connected to the ceiling during our photo shoot. Also it started getting very warm near the end of the shoot even though the fan was blowing. I wasn't able to connect to the Godox flashes but I believe that was an issue with my trigger, not the lights. The space has a lot of really nice scenes to use and overall I was very happy with how the photo shoot turned out. I will likely use this space again for future photo shoots.
