About Seaside UCC
This 1400 square foot venue is ideal for meetings, workshops, small social functions such as bridal or baby showers and birthday parties. At the entrance, there is a lobby with a counter for displays and room for easels. There is a fully remodeled kitchen on site, with 2 12-cup coffee makers, microwave, stove and refrigerator. Main room includes granite counter top for serving with pass-through from kitchen. Tables and chairs to accommodate 75 people are available. This space is limited to maximum capacity of 75 people. A Smart TV is available that can be used with flash drive or HDMI cable (not provided).2 handicapped accessible bathrooms are located off the lobby.

No cooking is allowed on-site
Cooking is not allowed, but the stove and microwave can be used to reheat food. The refrigerator can be used for food or beverages.
We have 12 - 6' x 29" tables.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

The venue was perfect for my event. It was a little warm, but it did cool down a bit. Overall the guest loved the venue. Marsha was great to work with and very accommodating. The entry way set the stage for the entire event. The kitchen was awesome for prep and storing the food. Easy clean up. I would definitely recommend this venue.

We celebrated our children's baptisms and birthdays. It was perfect for our needs and we are so grateful to have found this space. Our guests commented on how nice it was and everyone seemed to enjoy their time there. Marsha and Sara were very responsive when we had any questions. If we ever need to host a similar event I would book here again.

I was looking for a place to hold my son’s graduation party (75 people). This place is a total God-send! Where can you find a place in the South Bay that’s indoors, affordable, spacious, bright/modern decor, ample parking, can accommodate enough people (most nearby pubic community centers max. @ 60 people), has tables/chairs, kitchen, counter space for food, smart TV, & bathrooms? A lot of our guests were impressed & amazed of this place, it’s location & its accommodations. Even on a hot day, a breeze blows through this place- & everyone enjoyed the time- especially my son- this place greatly helped make our event very memorable for everyone. Hostess is very gracious, considerate & personable. I will definitely host our next event at this place!!

So happy I was able to find this venue in my local area, the venue was beautiful, clean and very easy to book! My baby shower was beautiful and all friends and family loved the space, kept receiving compliments all day! Thank you again.

The space was nice, clean and accommodated my baby shower. Was not aware there wasn't any a/c which was a huge issue as the temperature reached above 80 and it was really hot inside venue. I never met the host, Marsha Bannon, I only met and communicated with a woman named Sara. Check in went great, however, check out not great at all! I was given check out instructions, which were not needed because Sara shows up about 10 minutes until event end time and was very rude! A vendor was running behind on picking up decor equipment and I expressed to Sara that if I went over the reservation time I'm ok with being charged the late check out, which is listed on the booking. She showed up with her husband with a really bad attitude, giving my family and I distasteful looks, making everyone very uncomfortable, forcing us out and intentionally looking for something to complain about as there were no damages left behind but she wanted it to be something and she began to try and make up things. The late charge says it will be charged by 30 minute increments, why list this if you will show up before someone is even late and be very unprofessional, which we were ok with paying the fee but that was not even an option. I then took the vendors items outside and waiting in the parking lot for them to show up and I was asked why am I still there and what am I waiting for, as if I was still inside the venue or causing anything to Sara. Thanks for the unwelcoming experience, I wouldn't recommend or book again! I'd like to know who is Marsha which is the owner posted in the booking.

The place was big enough for our family .We found it easy to set up there. The hostess Ms Bannon was great ,showed us around the place before we booked it and she was available on text all the time .And because of her friendly response and the place being homely we would like to book again.
