About the Space
Perfect space for: Baby Showers, Graduation Parties, Birthday Parties, Movie nights and more. Under the Sun or the stars with string likes wrapped in a 90 foot private courtyard. All events come complete with, tables, bench seating, generator, Bluetooth speaker and more. We also feature hammock chairs and outdoor games.

General Rules
- All furniture must be returned to it’s original state
- All trash must be removed
- Alcohol can be served to adults 21 and up but must not be sold.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Ring alarms are available to maintain security for all events.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Before and after every booking, all furniture and high touch zones are cleaned and sanitized.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
