We are an experiential shared workspace focused on balance + productivity, nestled in downtown Boca. Our shared workspace cafe incudes hot desks to sit or stand. We have complimentary coffee, speedy wifi, printing, chill beats, and good vibes. Two phone booths are available to take video or phone calls.

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

I booked the Flamingo House to pop in for a remote meeting, and was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful, bright, and immaculate it is. Amber warmly greeted me and gave me a tour of the gorgeous offices and common areas. The space was peaceful and uncluttered, with lots of natural light and lent itself well to focused work. I perused the multiple booking options which are convenient and flexible. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.
