Additional rules
Please carefully read our House Rules before your stay. All guests who have booked and paid for their stay with us are obligated to adhere to the following House Rules. Any violation of these rules could result in additional fees and/or immediate booking cancellation and a right to a refund will be forfeited as per our reservation policy. The host reserves the right to remove any guest from the home at any time and/or apply violation fees to the reservation. Thank you for being a courteous and responsible guest and we hope you enjoy your stay!
1. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION is required for security and liability purposes. Please submit a driver’s license (or an equivalent ID) at time of booking . Once the ID is received, the door code will be activated at time of checkin.
2. VISITORS, GATHERINGS, PARTIES OR EVENTS are allowed on our premises. We are happy to accommodate all our guests, however, for legal and insurance purposes we cannot allow unauthorized visitors, gatherings, or events. All guests, including friends or family who will be in the home at any point, are required to be listed as additional guests at the time your reservation is made. Guests who allow unauthorized persons on-premises will accrue a $100 fine per unauthorized guest and the unauthorized person(s) will be considered trespassing. Prior to instant booking, locals are required to contact the host for these reasons as well.
3. NO SMOKING, on the premises. This includes smoking cigarettes, vaping, or use of illegal drugs. Guests may smoke in their vehicles, designated by host area or at the end of the driveway. Please do not discard cigarette butts on the premises. Violation of smoking rules accrues a $500 fee.
4. NO DRUNKEN OR DISORDERLY BEHAVIOR on-premises. We want you to enjoy your stay with us but ask that all our guests conduct themselves appropriately as to not disrespect our home and neighbors. The host reserves the right to remove guests in violation of this rule and a refund will not be granted.
5. NO TAMPERING/REMOVING SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS on-premises. All our homes are equipped with exterior security cameras to ensure the safety and cooperation of our guests. Please do not tamper, block, or remove cameras. Guests who violate this rule will be removed immediately; their reservation canceled without refund.
6. DAMAGES & EXCESSIVE DIRTINESS will accrue additional fees for the guest. Please try to leave the home in the condition it was in when you arrived. Our cleaning fees are set based on a ‘courteous guest', therefore excessive dirtiness and /or damages to the home or property will result in additional fees. ***AirBnB guests, will pay a 100% refundable security deposit of $250. The security deposit will be requested after the booking has been confirmed. Per AirBnB guest terms of service section 4.1 “you are responsible for leaving an accommodation (and related personal property) in the condition it was in when you arrived”.
7. LATE CHECKOUT will result in $50 fees for every 30 minutes the guest persists on premises after checkout. Our cleaning crew is scheduled to service homes between reservations; therefore, we ask guests to cooperate with check-out/check-in times.
8. PET POLICY: We allow a maximum of 2 pets (including service animals) per reservation for our pet-friendly event.
We love pets and have two of our own! However, as a common courtesy to us, our home, our cleaners and future guests; we kindly ask that you respect the following PET POLICIES & RULES:
• Guest must provide pet bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur outside. House towels are NOT to be used for pets.
• Pets are only allowed outside to perform services or with guests at event.
• Pets are to be crated anytime they are left alone outside or tethered.
• If guests’ pet sheds, please brush and clean up any hair issues.
• Guests must pick up after their pet and discard waste properly. Our cleaners will NOT pick your pet waste from the yard. Please bring your own plastic bags.
• Pets are NOT allowed to be washed outside .
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their pet has caused outside . Please notify us of any accidents or damage immediately so we can fix any issues before our next guests arrive.
• We ask that you clean up messes at the end of your stay.
• The “Accidental Damage Insurance” does NOT cover pet damage.
9. GUESTS MAY NOT RECEIVE MAIL to the reservation address. Please do not list any of our rental home addresses as your place of residence.
10. THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS, or reservations made by an individual on behalf of others, will accrue an additional $500 refundable deposit to be paid after confirming the reservation. The driver’s license of the person that reserved the listing along with a driver’s license and phone number of at least 1 member that will be staying in the listing will be submitted to the listing agent.
11. GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FEES ACCRUED PERTAINING TO ANY VIOLATION while on our premises. Any damages made by guests, their friends, family members, or pets will be subject to additional fees that exceed the “Accidental Damage Insurance” of $500.
12. PLEASE LET US KNOW OF ANY ISSUES. We strive to provide all our guests with a positive experience and are dedicated to doing just that. We live close by and ask that if you have any concerns during your stay to please reach out to us, we’ll be happy to help resolve any issues and ensure you have a pleasant stay.
13. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you (guest/s) agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MPower Group, Natasha and Joshua Parker . its/their officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, suits, liens, judgments, damages, losses and expenses.
Your cooperation with our House Rules is appreciated and although most of our guests are courteous and responsible during their stay, we wish to give full disclosure of our policies ahead of time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
