Our beautiful indoor/outdoor lounge is perfect for any content shoot -- headshots, interviews, recordings, ads, product shoots, or social media content creation. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, chairs, and tables Kitchen Sink, small refrigerator, and microwave Multiple seating including couches, tables and chairs Decorative accent lighting Fully private space TV Pool table Shuffle board Foosball Table Nano doors that open to an outdoor space with bbq grills and seating Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. There is limited parking available around the community but we do recommend ride sharing . Ask us for any additional information you might need.

The space is professionally cleaned every day. All surfaces are wiped down to make sure it is a sanitized environment for your and your guests.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
