We are a contemporary, boutique, flex shared workspace nestled between the city of Las Vegas and Henderson. The building is a stone's throw away from the Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport. Our unique layout allows for flexibility that can cater to the unique needs of the modern-day workforce. Housed in a two-story office building located in the central part of Las Vegas, NV, where vehicle counts exceed 35,000 vehicles per day (VPD), the center is in close proximity to notable retail centers including McCarran Marketplace and Tropicana Centre with a myriad of retailers and restaurants including Walmart, Lowe's, Sprouts, Ross, Farmer Boys, Del Taco, Jamba Juice, Firehouse Subs, Starbucks and the list goes on. It is a couple of minutes drive to the Las Vegas Strip, I-215 and I-515 which allows convenient access to a large portion of the Las Vegas Valley. The co-working section on the 2nd Floor is exclusively dedicated to daily users with two private offices enclosed with one floor-to-ceiling glass window and 1 meeting room equipped with all of your A/V needs. Our private office suites dedicated to daily/hourly users are approx. 140sqft, providing ample room for up to 4 people to work together comfortably. It comes with four ergonomic chairs and four working desks that have a built-in power outlet and USB port charging station. Need storage for your belongings? The desk is also outfitted with a side storage bag and iron hooks, ensuring all your necessities and paperwork are organized within arm's reach, allowing you to focus on important tasks at hand. Needing a smaller space to work in? We have several open desks available with desktop monitors upon request. Complimentary water, coffee and an assortment of beverages and snacks are included in the reservation at no extra charge. Access to lounge, dining area and rooftop patio are available to eligible guests.

Desks, meeting rooms, common areas, and restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each guest booking. We ensure an hour between reservations to allow ample time for cleaning and preparing the spaces for the next guests.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
