About the Space
This beautiful property can be transformed into an amazing experience whether you are looking for a creative photoshoot or to film your next viral music video. The whole yard has an incredible view of the Los Angeles Crest Mountains and a distant view of the 210 highway, tucked in the private hills of the shadows. The back yard is divided into two sections: the top grass area and the bottom pool area. You are welcome to use the pool for your event and in the bottom area there is also a spacious cemented area where you can fit chairs and tables. The large green grass area is also very spacious and can fit many tables and chairs.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
