Welcome to our friendly photography studio located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan! We're conveniently accessible through a variety of public transportation options. Our studio space boasts a unique box-like shape, enabling you to capture shots from various angles and create versatile setups. One of the major perks of our studio is its windows facing the inner yard. This offers two fantastic benefits: minimal outside noise disturbance and a glimpse of the cool New York yard, typically hidden from everyone except the tenants. As the evening sets in, the windows let in beautiful direct sunlight, providing an excellent advantage for capturing creative and stunning shots. Whether you're planning a small portrait session or a large-scale production or workshop, our space is perfectly suited for a wide range of projects. We offer high-speed internet with direct access to the router, allowing you to effortlessly set up live streaming sessions or quickly upload content to the cloud. - Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
