We have a driveway that accommodates 2 vehicles and free parking on the street.
General Rules
The home must be turned over in the same clean condition prior to arrival.
No Animals/Pets (No Service Animals)
No smoking inside of home🚭 ($300 fine)
No loud music, we have neighbors (One loud noise call is subject to forfeit your stay without a refund)
No extra guest without host approval
No parties/events at all
Please use black make-up towels for make-up removal. If you use regular towels, there will be a fee of $7 per damaged towel.

Our crew strategically sanitizes all high traffic areas. The common places are cleaned with disinfect and our filters are changed quarterly.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
