Private studio with a separate entrance, hot tub, beautiful garden with landscape lighting and bamboo, Koi pond, creek, gas grill, and fire pit. Only guests that book the studio will be able to use the backyard, including the hot tub!! Amenities: •Entire backyard is private and great for photo shoots, filming and more. We have had a music video filmed here before. There is landscape lighting throughout the entire backyard. There is a hot tub on the deck right outside of the French doors. •Living room area- provides great ambiance with a sectional sofa, extra heater that resembles a fireplace if needed, flat screen TV, wine glasses & rocks glasses with wine opener & ice bucket. •Bedroom area- a half wall separates the living room area from the bedroom area with a queen size bed. The entire inside space has dimmable track lighting for ambiance. •Bathroom- there is a full size bathroom across from the bedroom area as well as a walk in closet.
