Our venue is a community space that can be used for a multitude of needs such as an art show, yoga courses, community gatherings, private events & parties, album releases, book signings, corporate gatherings, open mics, paint & sip parties your imagination if your limitation we have an open floor plan that can be molded to fit your needs. *tables not included*

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Highly recommend. Xavier was a great host and super easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and walked us through the space before the event. It was a perfect space for our daughters' 16th birthday and 20 guests. We were able to decorate and move furniture to meet our needs. Having a kitchenette with deep sink and bathroom in the space were convenient. Would definitely use again.
