Chateau Willine Bed & Breakfast

Projects we welcome are Still Shot Photography and all Film/Television Productions*, including Student Projects (inquire about student discounts) and music videos. *See bottom regarding children and music videos. LOCATION: An opulent private residence in South Fulton Georgia. This Chateau mansion is a gated, 2-story sanctuary perfect for family gatherings, reunions, group travels, small weddings, spiritual retreats, and corporate retreats. The exterior is stunning, heavily wooded, and fenced with brilliant greenery- the wooded trees, and shrubs. The entire space is a hub of thriving nature, away from the bustle of the city but close enough to the city’s spectacular sights. EVENTS: Small events are permitted.  Contact management for more information. SET CARE: No person is to be lying, sitting or sleeping on beds. Beds utilized for filming only. Any beds requiring setup or removal for scenes, management handles this only. *Children on Set All children must be accompanied by legal guardian at all times. We ask that all productions comply with child labor laws. Any productions not adhering will be shut down. *Music Videos For safety of all, music video productions must provide call sheet listing cast/extras. Female cast allowed 1 assistant. Artists up to 4 guests (excluding managers/stylists). Names not on list will be asked to leave or production will be shutdown. Loud music cannot be played on property past 9pm EST. ABSOLUTELY NO FIREARMS/DRUGS allowed on property. Please emphasize this with cast, artist(s) & their management. Property is to be returned post booking in same condition as given. Logistics: Any other logistics are reviewed with guests once booking is confirmed. Guests are allowed to street parking. No public transportation is available or readily accessible. Special Rates: Returning customers are eligible for a 10% discount. Discounts are also available for bookings over 8 hours. Discounted rates on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. Overnight stays are available upon request. We do not offer tours, but keep in mind pictures are very accurate. If you must view the property you would need to submit a booking request for Tuesday or Wednesday. The fee for a showing will be $50 and will be based on availability and may be scheduled with other guests.
