About the Space
Welcome to our newly designed Wellness Event Space! This new remodeled suite includes a 900 sq ft classroom, a Kitchen with quartz counter/refrigerator/microwave/coffee/tea makers plus other amenities, and/or an additional 260 sq ft breakout space (additional cost). This room can comfortably fit up to 50 people and can include a large Monitor/TV for Hybrid attendance which can be easily moved out of the room if not needed. This space features padded folding chairs, 9 folding tables 4 and 6 ft options, Meditation cushions for floor seating and access to massage tables if needed. Room is great for any kind of course/event/retreat, and any group conference style setting. There is an onsite free parking lot that has many open spaces. Suite also has access to a beautiful 1200 square foot deck with views overlooking Mission Valley in San Diego.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
