About the Space
Our space works great for photography, parties, events, and exercise classes. We have four studio rooms in total. There are two bathrooms, a lobby area, drinking fountains with the ability to fill up a bottle of water. Studio A is smaller, great light. Studio D is large with great lighting. Studio B and C are inside studio space with no windows, but both rooms are larger sizes.

Parking description
Depends on the time of day. We have several parking spots on the side of the building, in the front and in an adjacent area next to us. There is plently of parking.
General Rules
Outside catering is allowed.
No pets.
No smoking allowed in or around the building.
No illegal substances.
No stiletto type shoe on our dance floors.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Each studio room can be livestreamed to the lobby TV, but can also be turned off. It is a security camera and it is recording permanently.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean our studio daily, we use disinfectants, we change the air filter, and wipe down surfaces. We value our space being clean and welcoming.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable gloves
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
