The cozy modern artist live-in studio is cut in half - one side for work and living, one side for sleep. It has light faux wood floors, a genuine hand-built rock wall, bathroom with shower and brass accents, kitchenette with fridge and microwave (no oven) and a queen sized bed. Photos of the artist studio are at the end :-) The beautifully landscaped pool area offers excellent photo opportunities for depicting a slow and relaxing day on Long Island. There's both original and modern patio lounge furniture. Come bring your vision to life. This is an artists studio apartment in the basement of a home. This listing is for the artist studio and outdoor portion of the house, if your production requires access to the main house, please contact the host before booking :-)

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
