If you do need complete silence the entire booking time, we do have a separate sound treated room for recording purposes. If you need silence in any of our other spaces, our space may not be for you. There are sometimes construction or other loud noises going on on either side of the warehouse, and if it’s a rainy day the rain can be loud on the roof. It can be silent, but we can’t guarantee 100% silence! Set up and tear down must be considered in your rental time. If you are renting our space, someone else cannot rent it. Therefore if you plan to shoot for an hour, but you have to bring in gear and set up before shooting, that is PART of your rental time. Please be aware of this.
