The patio area is remodeled for tranquility and versatility, featuring a tub for unique compositions and a dreamy white bed with Bali-style curtains. This setting is ideal for adding a touch of elegance to your projects, whether they're fashion shoots, lifestyle captures, or commercial productions. Only the outdoor space is available for booking, providing an enchanting backdrop for your creative pursuits. Elevate your photoshoots and videos to new heights in this extraordinary location. Lots of decor is provided to enhance the experience. We are open to different hours but there is a min 3-hour booking requirement, 2-hour reservations are possible with an additional set up fee of $100. Please check the weather before your photoshoot. If you need to reschedule, notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid costs. Same-day rescheduling incurs a $100 fee. This helps us maintain our service quality. Pool maintenance is mandatory all thursdays at 7:00 AM Weekend Rates are charged at $350 per hour.

We select appropriate cleaning products: We choose cleaning products that are specifically designed to combat viruses, such as those labeled as disinfectants or with antiviral properties. We look for products that contain at least 70% alcohol or include ingredients like hydrogen peroxide, quaternary ammonium compounds, or sodium hypochlorite (bleach). We follow the instructions on the product label for proper usage
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
