The 1200 square feet apartment features a gourmet kitchen with large kitchen island which comfortably seats six people. The space is ideal for kitchen/cooking filming for commercials, Tiktok, Youtube or any social media platforms. The space also offers great opportunity for still photography. Features high-end kitchen appliances and designer interiors. The space has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Free parking is available on site. There are 32 parking spaces available.
General Rules
No smoking is allowed in the building. No parties or events are allowed unless approval is received prior to booking. Outside catering is allowed but there is catering provided, if requested. Please provide careful consideration to artwork located on site.

Security cameras and recording devices are located at the entrance to the apartment. No recording devices are located inside of the apartment.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Professional cleaning is done between each booking. You may hire our cleaner if additional cleaning is required during your booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
