(Also pet friendly) The studio is located in Dumbo, steps away from the iconic Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Bridge views, great for doing both indoor and outdoor shooting. Located just 1 train stop from Manhattan, short walk to be on the Brooklyn Bridge. The windows face north-west, giving good natural light. Blackout curtains ready. 850 sq ft total (15.5ft x 49ft) with a 10.5 ft ceiling. Grey wood floors, split unit with remote for heat and AC, 2 passenger elevators, freight elevator with a load-in ramp. Parking garage 1 block away, easy street parking after 6pm weekdays and anytime on weekends. Large variety of 86" seamless, some 107" and 53", plus a 5x7 painted canvas. All seamless free to use as backgrounds. If you need to pull the paper under model’s feet, please select Seamless Pull as an add-on before or during booking ($15 extra per pull/ per color). I may be present at the studio working at my desk in the back but I'm happy to assist with technical issues, questions, or advice during your shoot. When I'm not present, the studio will be under video surveillance for security, insurance and dispute purposes. I also check in occasionally to make sure everything is running smoothly.
