Hold your next meeting in a creative open Ferndale conference room space- includes large television monitor for presentations, privacy glass wall, soundproofing, wifi connections. 7 dual power outlets, dimmable overhead lighting. Fits up to 12 people comfortable for a meeting. Kitchen space available for catering/snacks for meeting attendees. Two unisex bathrooms available.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

M-1 Studios is A-1 in my book!!! The space is clean & modern and exceeded my expectations. They were super accommodating with all my needs. Cant wait to have another project to shoot at M-1!!
