We are located at the prestigious University Village shopping center located minutes away from Downtown Riverside and the University of California Riverside - UCR. Our building is located immediately off 91 FWY and University Ave exit. Our modern and clean office offers privacy, easy access to parking with a variety of eating options available in this shopping center. We have two EXCELLENT OPTIONS for your next booking: Large Conference Room $150 Per Hour with a 2 Hour Minimum 8 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Friday) (*Weekends Available but must book for a minimum of 4 Hours) 16+ Person Occupancy Fold Up Tables that can be arranged in different configurations Private & Quiet Clean Restrooms and Presentable / Modern Environment Additional Rental Services: 95" Smart Television @ $200 Per Use OWL Labs Meeting Pro 360 Degree Conference Camera @ $100 Per Use Printing @ .05 Cents Per Page in B&W and .10 Cents Per Page in Color Scanning @ Max 50 Pages for Free

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
