• This podcast space is built for up to 4 person video/audio podcast recording. • 3 Sony cameras setup on tripod (stationary), with HD or 4K recording options. (Up to 5 cameras setup option available as an add-on) • Multiple different podcast staging/seating options available depending on how many people participating. • Stage LED lighting that can be controlled from an app: brightness adjustment from 0-100% and color Temperature adjustment from 2700K-6500K. • 55" Flat Screen TV available, great for projection. • RODE RODECaster Pro (Podcasting Interface/Recorder): includes 4 Hypercardioid Dynamic Mics, and 4 Headphones. • Wifi available • In-studio Engineer available for Tech Support • Deliverable: Video & Audio files can be delivered Immediately - Hard Drive Required • Only HD video files can be Transferred via Cloud (for 4K files, please bring a Hard Drive).

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The three-camera setup (with the option to add more) provided crisp HD and 4K video quality, making our production look incredibly professional. The audio equipment was top-notch, with the RODE RODECaster Pro and dynamic mics ensuring crystal-clear sound. The LED stage lighting, controlled via an app, allowed us to customize the brightness and temperature to match our vibe perfectly. Having an in-studio engineer for tech support was a huge bonus—it made the process seamless. Transferring the files was easy, too. We brought our hard drive for the 4K footage, but the ability to transfer HD files via the cloud was super convenient. This space is a one-stop shop for anyone serious about podcasting or content creation. We’ll definitely be back!
