About the Space

Our venue is a state of the art mixed use space with luxury epoxy flooring, custom lighting, and all new contemporary furnishings. It can accommodate various types of events and activities with a capacity between 50-60 guests including but not limited to: birthday parties, baby showers, intimate dates, gaming, graduation celebrations, wedding receptions, podcasting, content creation, photo shoots, networking mixers, sip and paint, movie night, seminars, pop up shops, small performances, karaoke, and professional meetings. We have a plug & play sound system with both analog or Bluetooth capabilities and access to a custom full bar including a led displayed ice maker. The space does not have a kitchen but we do allow prep tables and outside food to be catered or provided by guests. There are over 5 “preset” packages to choose from but you can utilize the space to create your own unique setting. The venue has an open concept with most of the seating off to the sides of the wall. For entertainment we have 3 gaming stations, 2 of which are PlayStation 5’s, and one Xbox. The movie package includes a crystal clear HD projector and 125” retractable screen. There is a facade or booth already in place with audio equipment to connect to for any DJ. Depending on the nature of your event you’ll have the option to select lighting settings from bright white LEDS to warm sconces or activate motion lights for party mode.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Venue will be presented to guest thoroughly cleaned and is expected to be returned the same condition. Guest must place all trash in trash bags, dispose of any party supplies, and remove food items. Any spills must be cleaned immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
