Spread out or come together in this large urban compound complete with 2 separate homes featuring modern elegant touches, open layout, rays of natural light, App Based Tv's throughout, an abundance of counter space for catering or serving and many spaces to break out into small groups. Main House- Setup a meeting in the front house at the oversized dining table for 10 while seating 4 at the bar and 6-8 comfortably adjacent in the living room all while viewing your presentation on a 70" internet connected tv. Upstairs you will find a meeting table for two plus a modern sofa and two wall desks. There are 3 bedrooms that can be converted to offices for an additional fee. Back House- Host a breakout session or separate department meeting in the back house featuring large bar top tables, full kitchen and a 65" tv for presentations. There are 2 bedrooms that can be converted to offices for an additional fee. OUTDOOR SPACE Our spacious outdoor area boasts a Modern Pool with large hot tub surrounded by ample seating and fluffy day beds. Create breakout sessions, team challenges or team build in varioius areas including a large gas fire pit with bench seating, a Railroad bocce ball court and a fullsize outdoor ping pong table. With ample room for up to 40 day guests, we offer a range of amenities to ensure your event runs smoothly. Before and after each guest rental the property is thoroughly cleaned with organic cleaning products and disinfectant solutions on all surfaces. Cleaning products are also provided for guests during their stay.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
