Our Luxury Showroom is located in the heart of Downtown Seattle, on the same street and within walking distance of the famous Pike Place Market. The space certainly gives off upscale and classy vibes. Originally the Showroom is for an elegant, made to measure custom garment company. The space embodies their luxury brand and perfectly fits the mold for events as such. There's over 75 lights in the venue that can be changed and rearranged to fit the lighting needs & moods to whatever you may want. There is a perfect bar area or information booth/counter in the Showroom. There's plenty of storage room in the back if necessary to use for spare equipment and etc.

- Leave the showroom how you found it -Deodorize any bad/strong smells that may be lingering in the space - Wipe down all counters/tables that have messes or spillage on them - Sweep up any extensive messes/debris on the floor - Mop/Swifter any spillages on the floor - Blow out all candles - Turn of lights 1-13 - Lock the down
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
