There is free and unlimited parking on the premises. Guests may park as far back as the purple building. Street parking is also available on the right side of the building.

Sheer white curtains drape the large warehouse windows while emitting ample natural light.

Noise can be heard when in the hallways but you won’t hear your neighbors. There is an echo due to the high ceilings. 

Stairs

Aside from the outside steps into the building, there is an additional flight of stairs. The staircase is wide & steps are NOT steep for ease of loading/unloading.

Wardrobe rack available on premises and wooden tri-fold panel can be doubled as a changing area.

There are outlets along each wall and the circuit breaker is behind the picture frame next to the TV.

Cleaning/Damages Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Dispose trash to designated areas, clean up any spills and notify us of any stains. Please do not use any cleaning products on any of the furniture including tables and bar. Cleaning fees may be adjusted accordingly depending on size of party, type of booking or deep cleaning etc. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any thumbtacks, tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, common areas, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Furniture Our pieces are meant to be customized for your needs. Furniture, wall arches, fireplace - anything that is not permanently attached can be moved to your discretion. Heavy equipment and furniture should be properly lifted to avoid scratching the painted floors or damage to material itself. Overtime Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of one half (50%) times our hourly rate per half-hour increments. By the end time of your booking reservation, the space must be vacated and any equipment, items or rentals you bring in must be removed. You should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Use of Common Areas Bathrooms are down the hall to the left (men’s) & right (women’s). Please ensure you leave this space neat and tidy. If any issue arises, please notify us ASAP. To ensure safety of our guests and other visitors, hallways and entrances should be free and clear from equipment, trash bags, etc. Please do not congregate outside of hallways or in parking lot and keep noise volume within city limits. Miscellaneous There is no smoking allowed in the space. No pets, open flames, sparklers or glitter. Large confetti can be used but must be cleaned up. Outside food and catering allowed. Alcohol (21+) are allowed but no sale of alcohol, please drink responsibly. Children are only permitted if they are part of the production and must be closely watched.

Furniture and decor may CAREFULLY be moved within the unit. Please move with caution to not scrape the painted floors or damage the furniture/decor. Two people should assist in moving large or heavy pieces such as arches, tables & mirror, etc.
