This space is great for professional photo shots and DIY / solo creators. 3 Totally different looks (1 on each wall). Also other areas in the building you can feel free to take advantage of for a background since the building is decorated well. Separate and private changing room. 2 restrooms on site Less than 10 minutes away from the city

Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
There is also only natural lighting in the waiting area but not in the actual content suite. There is 1 ring light provided. Outside of that you must bring your own professional lighting.

The space is very quiet and peaceful.

Everything must come in through the front door. The rear door is for emergency only.

Please use the designated room #10 for shooting content. If the noise is kept at a minimum you can utilize back hallway and waiting area for shots as well.
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

General Rules
•No smoking in the building

•No alcohol allowed
•No loud music. Music must be kept at a respectable level to not disturb other working business professionals on site.
•All trash must be discarded upon end of session at the blue trash bin located outside in rear of building.
•All pillows and other decor should be left neat in the same order found.

Cameras on in hallways, outside of building, and in content space. NO CAMERAS in changing room or restrooms.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Space is always kept professionally cleaned and sanitized. Distance spray, whips, and hand sanitizer are kept on site. Restrooms are kept cleaned and sanitized.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
