The Beary Cozy Cabin is located in a peaceful family neighborhood in Big Bear City on the East end of Big Bear Valley and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious gourmet fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a cozy open living room, a large fenced yard offering postcard panoramas views of trees and mountains with a large metal swing/slide set for plenty of outdoor fun. Kitchen: The spacious gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a GE stainless steel range, oven/air fryer duo, refrigerator, countertop toaster oven, plenty of counter space, pots/pans, cooking utensils, dishwasher, Brita water filter, Nutribullet blender, rice maker, indoor grill, Keurig coffee machine, and a selection of fine coffee and teas. Living Room: Electric fireplace/heater controlled on the unit or by remote, Human Touch WholeBody 7.1 Zero Gravity Recliner Massage Chair, large workspace desk and large bay window with window bench seating. Bedroom 1: King bed with a memory foam mattress, work desk and chair, electric fireplace/heater combo and a table clock that is also a sound machine and an Element 55" 4k UHD Roku TV. Bedroom 2: Double bunk bed set with a Roku 32" TV, loveseat, little bear cave for the littles with play kitchen and bean bag chairs, children's toys and games and dohm sound machine and games located in the walk in closet. Bedroom 3: King bed with a memory foam mattress and King bed memory foam mattress work desk/vanity space. Outdoor Space: Expansive patio complete with a large outdoor sectional, gas fire table, Fire pit and charbroil BBQ grill and outdoor dining table with two benches as well as a four seater bistro dining set. Outdoor games such as corn hole and horse shoe toss.

Empty and dispose of all used food items in fridge. Gather all trash and place into exterior trash bin outside on the garage side of the home. Leave beds unmade and used towels in the bathrooms. Wash all used dishes or load in dishwasher and start cycle. Turn off all lights and ensure all appliances are off along with closing all window shades/drapes. Return garage opener to hook at garage door. Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked. Make sure patio doors are completely locked, including the small lock on the handle. For the kitchen patio door, please push the door in and ensure the top lock is as far down as can be turned to the left. Please lock the smart lock by pressing the 'lock' symbol on the front door keypad upon leaving.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
