20 cars can fit in front off the building with additional parking nearby.

There are fluorescent lights in the ceiling that can be turned on or off. The jail cell has a light for the window above the bed.

This space is not sound proof and has a sound level of 36 decibels. The space is located next to a woodworking shop, so there could be construction sounds heard when they are in operation.

Ground Floor

We do have a drive up ramp in the back of the studio that equipment can be loaded in from.

Makeup/Changing Room

Shoots are limited to the studio they are booking. If you want to shoot in another space, then that space will have to be booked.

The space is powered by a 220 three phase breaker. There are 2 - 110 outlets and a 4 - 110 outlets in the space. The circuit breaker is located on the back wall.

Rules -No smoking inside the facility. -No unpermitted use of the conference room, community floor, production studios, or the recording studio without proper booking. -No guests are permitted in the facility and on the premises after 8:00 pm or before 10:30 am. (An After Hour Booking Fee applies for reservation outside of these hours) -Whenever you are booking any studio stage, you are required to start breaking down your session/meeting and making sure that you vacate the studio stage by the end of your booked session. -If go over your session time, an extra hour will be applied to your session. -Setup and breakdown are included within the hours that the space is booked. -You must be courteous and consciences of your other members productions and or meetings; we take pride in being a fun and friendly creative community! -No littering inside or outside of the facility. -No hard alcohol on the premises. (beer and wine is okay) -No real weapons, firearms, or drug paraphernalia of any kind permitted in or on the facility grounds. -No unpermitted use of areas outside of the facility. -No use of anything destructive to the studio including color smoke bombs, drilling or screwing into the walls, etc. Social Media Policy: -Any photos taken at the studio that are shared on social media and are non-commercial (that means not produced for a client) must be properly tagged .

Furniture can be moved and wall decorations are allowed with nondestructive command strips.
