About the Space
A 1500 Sq. Ft. Studio for photo and video shoots, located at the centre of Vancouver's financial district. Designed for professional versatility and comfort. Included in bookings is access to our studio facilities, including two lounges (one in-studio, the other studio-adjacent), a kitchen, and a private washroom. The photo studio itself comes furnished with customizable backdrops, storage racks, a wardrobe area, comfortable couch seating, and mini-fridge. Bookings also include a 15-minute grace period at both the beginning and end of bookings for setup/teardown. Our studio comes equipped with a variety of lighting equipment and shoot gear, which can be rented as a package for an additional fee. Further details are available upon request.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The studio space is mopped, swept, and vacuumed weekly and/or between bookings. High touch surfaces, common amenities, kitchen space, and washroom are sanitized and restocked daily and/or between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
