About the Space

Audio production and recording capabilities are available. State of the art sound and recording. This facility can also be used for photo shoots, video shoots , podcast background ,movie scenes, music meetings and much more. Side note this was also former studio of the The late Legendary producer Traxamillion.

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Dope spot! Parking inside the lot! Gated! Safe! 420 friendly. 4 monitors & 1 subwoofer!! Not to mention the history the studio has been thru! Trax a milly old studio! Smash Mouth has been in the same lot!! RIP! I also came 15 min late but Kenny was coo enough to let me ride it out! Went in with just my laptop for a plug n play beat making session for 3 hours. Was on viet iced coffee the whole way!! Will def come thru again! Maybe around beer or clock time
