Front Yard is private, enclosed in a gate, with privacy Ficus Trees, Makes a nice area for picnics, photoshoots, influencer videos, interviews, and podcasts, Neighborhood is very quiet. Back Yard is huge, huge pool, and lots of areas to shoot short films, podcasts, interviews, and influencer videos. There's a bathroom in the back . Two Side of House for Shooting short films. Neighbors are very understanding of any noise and shooting film Living ,Dining, and Kitchen is small and quaint, good for photoshoots and very small productions ideally no more than 10 people inside. Pool and Jacuzzi can be used for additional Fees

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
