When visiting Vision2RealityStudio located at the American Beauty Mill Lofts, please know By parking outside the gate along the fence, you can safely and conveniently access Vision2RealityStudio without the risk of being towed or infringing upon the designated parking spaces for residents. General Rules

Studio Guidelines To ensure a safe and conducive environment for all visitors, we kindly request that you adhere to the following rules and guidelines while utilizing our loft space: 1. No Smoking: Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited within the premises of Vision2RealityStudio. We prioritize the well-being and comfort of all our clients, and ask for your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment. 2. No Loitering: We kindly request that individuals who are not actively involved in a photography or video shoot refrain from lingering within the studio. This helps maintain a focused and productive atmosphere for all occupants. 3. Maximum Occupancy: To ensure the safety and comfort of everyone, we have a maximum occupancy limit of 10 people during shoots. If you anticipate a larger group, please discuss this with us in advance to make necessary arrangements. 4. No Extra Individuals Without Prior Approval: For the smooth operation of your shoot, it is essential to inform us in advance if you plan to bring additional people beyond your initial crew. This includes models, assistants, or any other individuals. Proper coordination allows us to manage the space effectively and ensure a seamless experience. 5. Confetti and Smoke Bombs: We kindly request that you refrain from using confetti or smoke bombs within the studio. While we appreciate creativity, these items can create excessive mess or pose potential safety hazards to our equipment and the premises. 6. Reasonable Sound Levels: We understand the importance of creating an inspiring atmosphere through music. However, please be considerate of others in neighboring spaces by keeping the volume at a reasonable level. This helps maintain a harmonious environment and avoids disruptions. Dear Visitors, We would like to inform you that at Vision2RealityStudio, we have installed security cameras within the loft space. These cameras are strategically positioned to ensure the safety and security of our premises and the equipment present. Please note that while we prioritize your privacy and comfort, there are no cameras installed in the private dressing areas or any areas where you will be changing your attire. We respect your personal space and ensure that your privacy is upheld during your time at our studio. The purpose of the security cameras is solely to monitor the common areas of the studio and to provide coverage for the areas where photography and related activities take place. We value your trust and want to reassure you that the footage captured by these cameras will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

We have implemented thorough cleaning and sanitization measures to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for everyone. Please review the following guidelines related to COVID-19 cleanliness protocols: 1. Regular Cleaning Schedule: Our studio is cleaned and sanitized regularly, including high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and equipment. We follow a strict cleaning schedule to maintain a clean and safe environment for all. 2. Enhanced Sanitization Practices: In addition to regular cleaning, we have implemented enhanced sanitization practices. This includes disinfecting commonly used items and equipment before and after each session. This helps reduce the risk of transmission and ensures a clean space for every client. 3. Hand Hygiene: We strongly encourage all individuals entering the studio to practice good hand hygiene. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the premises, and we recommend that everyone uses them upon arrival and regularly throughout their visit. 4. Face Coverings: As per local guidelines and regulations, please wear a face covering when entering and moving within the studio. This is to ensure the safety of all individuals present and to minimize the potential spread of the virus. 5. Social Distancing: We kindly request that all individuals within the studio maintain a safe distance of at least six feet from others who are not part of their immediate group. This applies to both clients and staff members. 6. Limited Occupancy: To ensure proper social distancing, we may implement limitations on the number of individuals allowed in the studio at any given time. Please respect these occupancy restrictions to help maintain a safe environment for all.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
