Provo Victorian Mansion

National Historic Home - Queen Anne Revival near Downtown Provo 3 story home built in the 1890s and last remodeled in the 1960s. The house is in the process of being restored and all of the 1960s charm is still in tact. The home has a mix of Victorian architecture and decorative details with 60s decor, wallpaper, and furniture. Almost every room has a statement chandelier or lighting fixture. Each room has distinct wallpaper that makes for beautiful backdrops. The shag carpet is a bold setting and also makes for great sound proofing. The entry way makes a statement with black and white tile. The grand staircase to the right of the entry way is not to be missed either -- the east-facing 20 foot window is stunning. The first floor is available for productions. The 60s charm of the parlor, dining room, study, family room, kitchen, and bathroom are a memorable setting for music videos, film productions, and photoshoots. The family room and bathroom have east facing windows that has beautiful morning light and the dining room has a west facing window. The kitchen, study, and parlor get lots of natural light throughout the day. We have a private driveway with a small parking lot behind our house. A team can load through our backdoor porch or through the front door. The yard is available for use, but it's largely dead and not maintained. The backyard has a carriage house, doll house, shed, and seesaw. Most recently, Springville band Little Moon entered NPR's Tiny Desk contest by shooting a live recording in our dining room. Little Moon won the contest and was selected to perform at NPR's Tiny Desk in DC! Little Moon also shot their music video using the whole house and exterior. The house is 3 blocks away from Downtown Provo. You're walking distance from Mozz Pizza, Communal, Saida, Rockwell Ice Cream, and countless other food and snack options. It's safe to say that you won't find a space like ours anywhere else. It's distinct look and feel is a rich setting for any creative production!
