About the Space
Welcoming, clean, airy, loft-style/open concept creative space in Carlsbad available for your next photo or video shoot! Great natural light available for portraits! Available for use: *Pop-up Chromakey Green Screen/Blue Screen *Muslin Black and White Backdrop *Photo backdrops available: Grey, Blue and Pink paper rolls. Feel free to bring your own as well *2 Softbox 85W 5500K Studio Lights Available *Blue Yeti Microphone *Tripod Common areas (kitchen, dining, living room + bathroom) are available while bedrooms are off limits.

Lighting description
A good amount of natural light is available through the sliding glass patio doors It can be decently shaded with the blinds as well. We also have a kitchen skylight. The brightest times are afternoons.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
It is very quiet here overall. You can hear the freeway faintly in the distance with the windows shut, but still at a decent recording level. No AC but will hear the fridge running on occasion. Neighbors are generally very quiet.

There is a temporary loading zone, but any vehicles will then need to be moved to street parking. One flight of stairs is required to enter the space.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is thoroughly cleaned between each booking
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
