About the Space
Great space to host Birthday parties, Engagement parties, Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, Family Reunions, Holiday parties, Family BBQ'S, etc. Wide open space with a Patio and separate seating area w/ firepit and string lights. There is a newly constructed, fully equipped Restroom in the yard. A privacy gate surrounds the entire area. Patio furniture, as well as folding tables and chairs allow for dozens of guest. We will arrange the backyard furniture to meet your needs. Your guest will love it!!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The host is very unprofessional and not accommodating to me and my guest . The lack of unprofessionalism and class started from the beginning. I initially booked the space for a family and friends barbecue birthday. I had the intent for 60 guests. When I arrived for initial set up I checked out the bathroom it was two rolls of tissue. I asked if it would be possible to supply to more additional rolls. Her response was “your going to need more then two rolls “ ? My response back was “ don’t worry about it I will purchase more” , keep in mind this is for 60 people. The host, whom i rented the space from did not allow me to have proper enjoyment of the space, due to her constantly disrupting and micro managing my event and my guest. To make matters worse her outdoor furniture was so worn and outdated that once one of my guest merely got injured from falling through the chair. I was blamed and accused for hiding the worn and damaged chair toward the gate to prevent additional injury from adults and children. Despite her having video 24 surveillance on the premises. As for a rating I would not recommend or refer anyone to this space —————————— [HOST RESPONSE: “Patio 382 is a rental space that provides our guests with the use of tables, chairs and, in this case, my personal grill and fire pit to ensure that guests enjoy their event. We also have safety guidelines such as no loitering, drinking, smoking or loud noise in the front of the property or the damaging of furniture as well as the expectation that the City's 10 pm noise ordinance will be adhered to by our guest...it is unfortunate that these expectations cannot always be met however we wish our guest the best of luck with finding event spaces that better meet their needs.”]

The space was amazing!! The host has everything you need and more. The price was worth it for what was included. Family and friends loved the space as well. Definitely will book again.

This space is absolutely beautiful and was PERFECT for my gender reveal. It was bigger and looked more beautiful than the pictures. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful. Additional chairs/tables are provided and the outdoor bathroom is perfect for guest.
