Once a 1920's atelier of imported fine fashion and furs, Saint James Haus of Libations has been transformed into an sophisticated, "speak easy"-styled setting for your next event or celebration. It's central Brooklyn location makes it easily accessible to Manhattan (15 mins by L-train), Williamsburg (17 mins), Bedstuy (15 mins), and Maspeth (25 mins). - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was incredible, and the customer service was outstanding. I used it to film interviews for a documentary, and it turned out to be the perfect fit. The host was extremely accommodating, even with my same-day booking. I highly recommend this space!

The space was BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Lola was super helpful and professional. The onsite concierge Harvey couldve been a bit knowledgeable about the space. I wasnt 100% clear on his role at the venue. He mentioned he was the concierge but wasn’t as solutions oriented as I thought he could be. There was a slight issue with the speaker as it kept going out while my DJ was playing and both of my DJ’s weren’t aware that they needed a specific type of cord. Luckily, they brought it with them but would’ve been helpful to know this stuff in advance. Also, when wanting to add extra time… there was miscommunication around how to do that onsite. Overall, I would recommend the use of this space. As with any event, there are always learnings that could be applied but it’s still a great space nonetheless.
