About the Space
Enjoy the panoramic valley views from our 700 square ft Pacific Yurt. Cozy living room style space with an additional 450 sq ft deck. Living room style with room for 30-50 ppl Moon Roof, Fan, AC, Heat. Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, stove. The yurt is on our 5 acre farm where you can enjoy Mini Donkey, alpaca, goats, pigs, and bunny therapy. Additional tiny houses for Lodging for retreats. Perfect for casual meetings, business retreats, yoga, healing, baby showers, classes, small weddings or family reunions. Easy pull up paved parking zone. We are on the bluffs of Powell Butte Nature park with 600 acres of beautiful walking trails. Innovative composting toilet bath house and beautiful fountain adds to the ambiance. Please Note: this is a 100% non-smoking or fire property due to the proximity to the nature park and our farm animals. No fire, candles (birthday candles ok) fireworks, vaping or smoking.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We rented this venue for an all-staff retreat...it was definitely a different kind of space with a very different vibe than a "coporate-style" venue. Since this was very much a how do we bring "heart" into our work (in this rather difficult time) this was the perfect space...we had people relaxing on the couches and even laying on the floor with pillows. Everyone loved the alpaca and donkey (you can feed them carrots). Jesse was so accommodating especially since we were a rather large crowd and, yes, we did manage to get all the cars parked! Yes, I would book again although with probably a smaller group of staff (we had 45 attendees).

We had brought a large amount of food for lunch and did not realize there were lots of stacks and drinks organized for use. There was a large collection of mugs to borrow and loved the variety of themes. There was a composting toilet that caught us by surprise since none of us had used one before. but there were instructions that were helpful. The animals on the grounds were sweet. There was even food provided for us to give to the animals. Provided the perfect mood for the event. Everyone gaped when walking in and had to know where we learned about this place. Perfect for so many events!! Makes me wish I was a local. My book clubs would love to borrow the space. Also, the owners are amazing. Fast to respond to inquiries, gave helpful tips, and easy to talk day of and offering on site assistance as needed. They think of everything!

The animals on site fascinated everyone and that was a huge plus. Everyone loved the space and the host was very helpful. The only con I think of is the lack of sink in the yurt itself, but everything else about the space is just magical.

The event space location was easily accessible for our attendees who drove and a little challenging for those taking public transportation, but we were able to pick people up from the bus stop. The space provided the ideal backdrop for our Women's Summit, contributing significantly to its success.
