About Art House North
Entire space has been renovated to accommodate events & gatherings of all kinds. Relax in the lower level library with fireplace-serve dinner & refreshments in the new kitchen or host a screening or concert in the main stage upstairs! Rehearsals, music videos, recordings, plays, educational workshops, work shared spaces, retreats of all kinds! ——-There is an 8 hour minimum and is generally available between the hours of 7am-10pm——Note: the calendar may show availability but exact date needs to be checked on with owners. Best to have a date range flexibility before locking in.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This is the second time we've rented Art House North for family and friend gatherings and it won't be the last! The space is welcoming, cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. Our guests loved it and felt right at home. Troy is a gracious host and makes sure you have everything you need.

We absolutely loved this place for my book launch! With just under 100 guests, it felt comfortable and never crowded. The fireplaces made a nice ambiance, and were practical on a Minnesota January eve! Well done!

Troy was a gem to work with. He was accommodating to our needs for a sensitive family event. He allowed us to tour the space multiple times in order to prepare for our event. He was even willing to meet with a hired musician to go over the sound set-up. The space had everything we could dream of and made my mother’s celebration of life and memorial all the more special. This space is multi-dimensional and family friendly. Almost any event could take place at this fabulous venue! The location was also very convenient for our guests and had decent parking.
