A stunning 4-acre veteran-owned farm, nestled in the picturesque foothills of Wildomar Estates, Howe Ranch offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Temecula Valley and SoCal mountains. Whether you’re hosting a baby shower, corporate retreat, or a vibrant family celebration, our farm’s rustic elegance and curated animal experiences create unforgettable moments. Tours are secured only through a booking link. We do not schedule unpaid tours. Prior to making a booking, clients must acknowledge that they have read and acknowledged the entire listing contents, including venue rules. PLEASE NOTE: This listing is for simple, DIY event space bookings accommodating up to 50 guests. For any type of wedding celebration (elopement, reception, ceremony, etc.), larger or more complex gatherings, we refer you to our full range of offerings on our website (The Howe Ranch in Wildomar, CA). Events over 50 guests include farm animal encounters, banquet furniture, services such as dance area, sound, respite areas, pool services, as well as other built-in services. Plan Your Visit • 👉Site Tours: Free video tours available Sunday–Thursday with approved budget. • ✅ In-person Tour: Book a Private Farm Tour Private farm tours require a booking fee, credited toward your event package upon booking: $250 for up to 4 guests ($30 for each additional guest), credited to your event. This fee is non-negotiable. Tours include optional hands-on experiences with our micro-Highland cows and other trained animals. Opting out of “animal encounters” does not waive the tour fee. • 🔸 Why Do We Charge for Tours? Unlike standard event venues, we are a fully operational farm offering unique hands-on experiences with trained animals, including our micro-Highland cows. Each tour is personalized, interactive, and led by expert and safety-trained staff. To respect our time and animal care commitments, we require a paid tour fee, which is credited toward your event package upon booking. ________________________________________ Overview: Our Event Venues • The Highland Vista (Capacity 130) A picturesque space for ceremonies, festivals, and celebrations, featuring lush gardens, panoramic views, and versatile areas for banquets. Surrounded by mature trees, the venue includes a built-in concession stand/bar and two stunning arches. • The Sunset Sanctuary (Capacity: 75) Resort-style pool area offers an oasis of luxury featuring cabanas, shaded seating, and stunning views. Add-ons include access to our air-conditioned club room, heated pool, and hot tub. Popular space for social hour and reception. • The Plaza (Capacity: 150) Large area that offers a shaded space for banquet tables, catering areas against the stunning foothill wilderness and a dance area lined by bales of straw, all lit by 500+ cafe lights. • The Valley View Terrace (Capacity: 60+) A serene patio lined with Mediterranean foliage, offering breathtaking views of mountain ranges stretching from Los Angeles to San Diego. Perfect for intimate gatherings such as dinner parties, golden hour receptions, or sunset soirées. • The Barn Courtyard (Capacity: 150) A rustic backdrop for kids’ birthdays, petting zoos, and casual receptions, featuring picnic tables, games, and a fire pit. (up to 50) Venue Access • Exclusive use of the contracted venue space for the duration of the event. • Clients can bring in vendors, with approval* Pre-Event Planning & Coordination • Initial consultation to discuss event details and requirements, dedicated point of contact. • Ongoing communication and coordination. • Assistance with layout & design planning. Setup and Restoration • Sunset Sanctuary includes furniture: Setup of tables, benches/chairs, and other furnishings before the event (banquet tables and chairs included in events with 50+ guests 6+ hours of hosting – refer to website). • Basic post-event restoration and trash disposal. Furniture • Tables and benches or chairs and/or lounge furniture depending on space and set up. If food service is planned, banquet furniture can be rented. Banquet tables, chairs and much more available. Parking • On-site parking for guests. Groundskeeping • Pre-event landscaping and grounds maintenance. • Ensuring venue is groomed and pristine for your event. Lighting and Decor • Basic lighting setup for sunset events. • Planters with themed floral décor, applicable themed décor and signage Insurance • General liability insurance covering the event. Amenities • Club Room included in 50+ guest events, or available as add-on. • On-site restrooms for guests. Catering Service • Access to preferred vendor discounts and coordination services. • Options for drink stations, coffee bar, snowcone stand, charcuterie grazing table, and other add ons Staff Support • On-site venue staff during the event. • Banquet furniture can be rented for events under 50 guests VENUE FEE EXCLUSIONS: •    Vendors, hosts, staff are not permitted onsite outside of venue rental timeframe. •    Clients are not permitted to coordinate vendors without review and approval. •    Alcohol service is limited to a few events annually, must be approved and coordinated through the venue. (Howe Ranch in Wildomar) •    All vendors, décor, and services must be finalized 14 days before the event. •    The Venue manages consumables trash, but not decor and props brought by the Client. Our event venues are outdoor spaces. Restrooms that are part of the bookings are professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
