We live in a charming three bedroom, two bath carriage house with a roof deck and two working fireplaces. Our 19th-century home is filled with exposed brick, wood beams, and antique touches that harken back to its days as a home for horses. It sits on one of Brooklyn's most beautiful blocks. It has everything you need for a variety of shoots. We have two working fireplaces: one in the formal dining room and one in the cozy, art-filled living room. The roof deck is outfitted with furniture, a fire pit, and a grill. There is also an office nook off the living room with a desk, along with a secondary workspace in one bedroom. There is a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the basement, and ACs in all the bedrooms and living spaces. We live in the best possible location: one block from Whole Foods, the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), the Center for Fiction, and Atlantic Terminal, where you can find nearly every train (N/Q/R, B/D, 4/5, 2/3). One block further you can catch the G and the A/C. From the house you can be in downtown Manhattan in 15 minutes. You are just a 10 minute walk from Fort Greene Park and 20 minutes from Prospect Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park.
Private Outdoor Space on Roof
We live in this house full time and have a professional cleaner come regularly.
